All our nuts are machined from round bar in the following materials:

-En3b
A standard of steel perfect for nuts and conditions where heat will not affect the materials structure. Ideal for steam engines.

-En8
is a slightly tougher material where a bit more strength is require. (Can be heat treated)

-Stainless (304 grade)
Used for applications where you need corrosion resistance.  

-Brass
Main used for some electrical applications or visual effect.
